I am Marc van Mourik. A musician who believes that music is a bridge between hearts.

My journey is shaped by a unique blend of mechanical engineering and music. This background gives me a distinctive, intuitive approach to sound—combining technical precision with deep emotional resonance.

Since the early 2000s, I have released music under the label Soundtracks To Relax, creating sensitive, cinematic, and deeply relaxing soundscapes. My work spans international organizations, film productions, and theater companies in the Netherlands, where I improvise live piano for moving, hilarious, and thrilling scenes on stage.

Today, my music reaches over 40,000 unique listeners every month, while my discography has accumulated over 8 million streams total—a testament to the power of authentic, unscripted connection.

My true passion lies in the unscripted moments—where music arises from genuine human feeling, not from a brief or a prompt. In a world of automation, I choose authenticity.
